At Signal Iduna, an AI will sort the mails in the future
IT-Finanzmagazin reports on classifying incoming mail at Signal Iduna using an AI solution from our customer Insiders Technologies.
With artificial intelligence from Insiders Technologies, Signal Iduna wants to automate the recognition of insurance lines and thus automatically presort incoming mails, letters, and faxes.
The project will be officially presented at the online conference Auto-Processing & Workflow Support in Insurance.
